1. Customer Satisfaction & Right of Withdrawal
At Elegfit, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order (Suits, Suit Vests, Polos), you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your package.
Note: This policy is designed in accordance with Indonesian consumer protection standards (UUPK No. 8 of 1999 and Government Regulation No. 7 of 2013).
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging attached.

For Polos and Suits, please ensure the items are not stained or damaged by perfume, deodorant, or other substances.

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Custom Size” are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. How to Initiate a Return (Address Request via Email)
To start the return process, please follow these steps:

Send an email to service@elegfit.shop from the email address you used to place the order.

In the email, state your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., Wrong Size, Product Damaged, Changed Mind).

Our customer service team will provide you with the Return Shipping Address and a detailed return instruction form within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Important: Please do not return items to a generic address without receiving our confirmation and specific return instructions. Return requests sent to non-approved addresses will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Due to buyer’s change of mind / size issues / dissatisfaction: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable courier service (such as JNE, J&T Express, or SiCepat) as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Due to product defects / wrong item sent / damage upon arrival: Elegfit will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact our Customer Service first so we can provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup if available.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approval Time: We will process your refund within 7 business days (typical for Indonesian bank transfers).

Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout (Bank Transfer, Credit Card, etc.).

Notification: You will receive a confirmation email from service@elegfit.shop once the refund has been successfully processed.
6. Exchanges (Size/Style)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color:

Please follow the same return initiation steps above.

In your email to service@elegfit.shop, clearly state "Exchange Request" along with your preferred new size/color.

We will process the exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected.
