1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Indonesian national holidays).

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (WIB) or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Please note: During peak seasons (e.g., Lebaran, Christmas, 11.11), processing times may extend to 3 business days. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all regions of Indonesia, including Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua.

3. Shipping Couriers & Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with major Indonesian couriers to ensure reliable delivery. Delivery time estimates start from the day your package is handed over to the courier.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to weather, courier operational issues, or customs inspections are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs (Rates)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination city.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping (Reguler) for all orders above IDR 200,000 (only valid for Java island).

  • Express Shipping: Express/Next-Day delivery (for Jabodetabek) is available at an additional cost shown during checkout.

  • All shipping costs are final and include no hidden fees.

5. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

6. Shipping Address & Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate (including recipient name, phone number, zip code, and street name).

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at service@elegfit.shop within 2 hours of placing your order. Changes after this time may incur additional shipping fees.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once a package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you.

  • If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please check around your property, with neighbors, or contact the local courier agent directly using the provided tracking number.

  • Elegfit will assist in filing a formal claim with the courier (e.g., JNE/J&T) on your behalf. However, please note that claim processing by the courier may take 7–14 business days. We are not financially liable for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier.

8. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)

  • Currently, Elegfit ships primarily to Indonesia. For international orders (if available), any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not cover these fees.
