4. Products & Pricing

  • Product Information: We sell Suits, Suit Vests, Polos, and related apparel.

  • Availability & Pricing: While we strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and prices, errors may occur. If a product is incorrectly priced or listed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment.

  • Sizing: Please refer to our Size Guide (link) before purchasing. Incorrect sizing due to failure to check our guide does not automatically qualify for a free return.

5. Order & Payment

  • Placing an Order: By submitting an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract (minimum age 18+ in most jurisdictions).

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and digital payments (where applicable).

  • Order Confirmation: We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute a binding contract until we dispatch the items.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We ship to all regions of Indonesia (and selected international destinations, if applicable).

  • Timeline: Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delays may occur due to courier (JNE, J&T, etc.) restrictions or customs clearance.

  • Risk of Loss: Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. We will assist in filing claims, but Elegfit is not responsible for courier delays.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
